The Covenant is modelled on the Red Hat pledge template: whatever we build with you — the calibrated twin, the weight files, every Living Brief, every output — is yours. If Khorvad shuts down tomorrow, you keep running. If you leave tomorrow, you keep running. If we get acquired and the acquirer tries to change the terms, the Covenant governs. No IP trap. No hostage data.
