The Portability Covenant
You keep your twin.
You keep your data.
You keep every output the twin ever produced for your agency.
Even if you leave Khorvad tomorrow.
Even if Khorvad doesn't ship next year.
Even if we're acquired, pivot, or shut down.
This is not a marketing promise. This is a binding commitment. The legal version is finalizing with outside counsel right now, and it ships before any Parallax Test turns into a paid engagement.
The reason this covenant exists: you've been burned by SaaS vendors who held your data hostage, who trained shared models on your strategic work, who made you start over when the contract ended. We built the twin on your data, for you, alone. When you leave, your twin leaves with you — calibration weights, outputs, everything.
— Khorvad, Founder
What you will be able to do
- Export everything. Every Living Brief, every creative output, every calibration snapshot the twin has ever produced. Your historical record belongs to you, not to us.
- Take your calibration with you. If you ever move to a different vendor, we will provide your calibration weights in a portable format. Not a locked file. Not a proprietary dump that needs our software to read. A format you can hand to another team and put back to work.
- Know your data was never shared. Your agency's data was never used to train a model for any other agency. Not aggregated. Not anonymized-for-training. Ever. One agency, one twin. The architecture enforces this, not the marketing copy.
What we are finalizing with counsel
- Exact format and schema for calibration weight export.
- Breach remedies if the covenant is ever violated. The intent is plain: if we break it, we make you whole. Counsel is refining the mechanism.
- Survival-of-covenant clauses for acquisition, wind-down, or bankruptcy scenarios. Your twin should not disappear because our cap table changes.
Why this page ships with a banner
This page ships as a plain-language placeholder while outside counsel drafts the binding version. Elena, your Head of Strategy, will ask you if the covenant is binding. Marcus, your CEO, will want to forward a version to his agency's lawyer before the first invoice. Both are right to ask. Both deserve a straight answer rather than a wait-until-we-send-you-the-MSA shrug.
So we are telling you what we can today: here is the pledge in plain English, here is the timeline for the binding version, here is what will not change between this draft and the signed version. The commitment itself does not move. Counsel sharpens the mechanism, not the promise.
When the banner comes down
When the binding version lands — signed by counsel, reviewed by a senior agency lawyer — the banner comes down and the binding text replaces this pledge. No surprise edits. No quiet downgrades. The public diff will be linkable from this page so you can see exactly what changed between placeholder and binding.
If you want the draft PDF for your own legal review before the public version ships, reach out to the founder directly at founder@khorvad.com. We will share the draft under standard NDA.
